Our Origins
One Call Dental was founded by husband-and-wife team Mark Ward and Dr. Diana MacArthur BDS, combining over 20 years of expertise in engineering and dentistry.
Mark is a highly qualified electrical engineer who has built and run successful companies in engineering, solar, and technology, and delivered major infrastructure projects for global brands including Vodafone.
Diana is a renowned British dental surgeon with more than two decades of clinical experience, having owned and operated two thriving dental surgeries for over a decade.
Our Experience
Having been both surgery owners and hands-on professionals, Mark and Diana understand exactly what makes a dental practice work. Mark brings technical precision, large-scale project management, and problem-solving expertise.
Diana brings deep clinical knowledge, an understanding of compliance requirements, and insight into the day-to-day needs of a modern surgery. Together, their combined skills ensure that every project is both technically sound and clinically functional.
